Responsibilities:
Day to Day Operations
- Communications & Team Meetings
- Work closely with Principal Broker and team as needed
- Regular team meeting/training attendance
- Time & Workload Management
- Calendar management
- Schedule appointments
- Coordinating with transaction parties (Broker, Clients, Inspections, Appraisers, Contractors, Lenders, Title Company, & Agent Representatives)
- Transaction Operations & Assistance
- Appointment and meeting preparations
- Meeting assistance
- Transaction coordination
- Communication with all parties involved in a transaction
- Data collection and data input (Due Diligence)
- File organization
- Document preparation, presentation, and electronic signatures
- Manage transactions and execute transaction checklists
- Standard Operating Procedures of the buying/selling process
- Marketing Assistance
- Social media content management, planning, and creation
- Work closely with marketing team
- Present web designer with property information
- Prepare ads, brochures, mailers, and orders
- Email marketing and management and contact management
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Assistance with executing a follow-up plan with clients (Pre-purchase, Transaction Period, & Post Closing)
- Occasional networking event
- Event preparations (Open House, Broker Open/Tour, and Client Parties)
